Pepper sprays cannot be shipped to the following Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, DC. 

⛔️Massachusetts and New York have banned shipping any human-formula pepper spray within their borders:
⛔️In Massachusetts, pepper spray for human attackers can only be purchased locally from a licensed firearms dealer, and buyers must have a firearms identification card.  
⛔️In New York pepper spray can be purchased from a licensed firearms dealer or a pharmacy. 
⛔️This includes Self Defense Keychains with pepper spray and pepper spray sold separately.
